Which card readers work with card holds?
GrillTab card readers and handhelds (Stripe), plus Adyen terminals. You connect your own processor account; card money goes straight to you.
What if the internet drops mid-shift?
The POS keeps running. Cards are taken offline within limits you set and go through when the connection is back. A new card hold needs the internet.
Can staff only see their own tabs?
Yes, if you want: strict checks keep each server to their own tabs, and working on someone else's needs a manager's OK.
