Inventory Inventory & pour cost

Know where every ounce went.

A shot and a double come out of the same bottle. GrillTab counts what's left, compares it with what was rung in, and shows what's missing in ounces, pours and dollars.

Pour cost

Counts in ten minutes, not two hours.

Weigh open bottles on a scale at close. GrillTab turns weight into ounces left and picks the few bottles most worth counting tonight.

  • Scale counts with Bluetooth or USB scales, and a shared library of empty-bottle weights.
  • Smart nightly count : about ten minutes on the bottles most likely to be off.
  • Variance by bottle, bartender and shift , with an allowance for spills.
  • Blind counts so staff never see what the system expects.

Receiving and ordering

Invoices in, orders out.

Snap a photo of a distributor invoice and it's read, matched to your items and received. Orders build themselves from your pars.

  • Invoice photos and PDFs read and matched to your products automatically.
  • Purchase orders from par , emailed to the vendor, received against the order.
  • Recipes for every drink and plate , so costs update when a bottle price changes.
  • Auto-86 when something runs out, and alerts before it does.
